Digitam Quote can connect to email, WhatsApp Business and Digitam Voice. When a customer writes or calls, the AI gathers what’s needed, recognises products, work and quantities and automatically prepares a first draft using your catalogue and your prices.
You find the quote ready to check. If something is missing, it tells you. If everything is right, you approve it and generate the PDF.
It can also connect to the business software you already use, so customers, catalogue and approved quotes move from one system to the other without being retyped by hand.

01“What kind of request can a quote start from?”
Almost any format: email, phone call, WhatsApp message or voice note, PDF, photo, website form or a few lines of text. Digitam Quote gathers the useful information and prepares a first draft. If you also use Digitam Voice, it can start straight from what the customer said on the phone.
02“How do I load my catalogue if today it’s in Excel or an old business program?”
We start from what you already have: Excel files, PDFs, price lists, old quotes or data exported from your business software. We organise it into products, services, work, variants and prices around the way you work.
Once it’s set up, you can update it yourself or send us the changes.
03“Will the quote carry my logo and my terms?”
Yes. Logo, colours, layout, payment terms, validity and signature stay your company’s own. The way the descriptions are written is also set up from your current quotes.
Before it goes out, you can always reread and change everything.
04“What if a customer asks for something that isn’t in my catalogue?”
Digitam Quote doesn’t make up an item or a price. It tells you what’s missing and leaves that part to be completed.
You can add an item by hand, choose a similar one or note that a site visit is needed. The same goes for a missing measurement, quantity or any other information it needs.
05“Can I edit the quote before sending it?”
Always. You can change lines, quantities, prices, discounts, wording and terms before generating the PDF.
