Custom business software and automation by Digitam SAGL: Officine Cameroni, Vini Rovio, Crescendo Yogando and four automations for Swiss companies

Officine Cameroni

Workshop and building sites · Barbengo, Lugano

  • Custom software
  • Delivered
Before
Several sites running at once and all the planning in Excel: every change had to be recalculated by hand.
Today
Custom software puts the hours each site needs next to the hours available (permanent staff, external crews and occasional workers), by week, month and year.
What changes
An overloaded week shows up straight away, even after something unexpected, and the software suggests how to replan the work. The planner decides what to move.

Screenshot of the software: planned hours per week against the 400 available. A setback shifts the load, week 44 goes over capacity and the software flags it; the planner decides what to move.

Vini Rovio

Winery · Rovio, Basso Ceresio

  • Website and shop
  • Custom software
  • Live
Before
Website, shop, cellar-door sales, tastings and customers were all handled through separate channels. There was no single view of each customer’s history and activity.
Today
One piece of software brings together each customer’s online and cellar-door purchases, total spend, latest interaction and booked tastings. Bookings, targeted email campaigns, reminders and sales follow-ups are all managed from here too.
What changes
Every customer has a complete profile that’s always up to date. The winery knows who bought what, how much they spent and when to get back in touch, with data from every channel in one place.

Screenshot of the management area: the tastings calendar with available, limited and sold-out days; the winery confirms a request and the email goes out in the customer’s language; a fully booked event has a waiting list. Alongside, the live website on a phone.

Crescendo Yogando

Yoga, meditation and mindfulness

  • Website and shop
  • Custom software
  • Live
Before
Crescendo Yogando needed a single tool to manage clients, online courses, products and events, without switching from one program to another.
Today
Custom software brings together every client, the online shop, pre-recorded courses streamed right on the website and gift vouchers, along with much more.
What changes
Everything runs from one dashboard: anyone who buys a course can start it online straight away, gift vouchers are sold and redeemed on the website, and every client has a complete history.
Crescendo Yogando: the live website on a phone

Screenshot of the software: a client’s profile with her full history. A course purchase comes in from the website, paid partly with a gift voucher that is immediately marked as redeemed; the course unlocks and the client follows it online, one lesson after another. Alongside, the live website on a phone.

Industrial manufacturer

Sales office · Mendrisiotto

  • Automation
  • With AI
Before
Every enquiry from the website or by email had to be read, interpreted and turned into a quote by hand. Between checks and pricing, it could take two days.
Today
The automation works out what the customer is asking for, pulls prices and terms from the price list and prepares the quote for the sales rep.
What changes
The sales rep finds the draft ready: checks it, edits it if needed and sends it. From two days to a few minutes.

Screenshot of the automation: an enquiry from the website is read, the quantity and delivery date go into the draft quote with prices from the price list and terms from the ERP, then the draft goes to the right sales rep, ready to sign.

Holiday rentals

Holiday rental management · Lugano area

  • Automation
Before
At the end of every month, bookings, commissions, taxes and costs had to be gathered from Booking, Airbnb and other sources to prepare the statements.
Today
The automation collects the data, works out deductions and amounts, and prepares each property’s statement automatically, in the language the owner speaks.
What changes
The team checks and approves everything before it goes out. A full day’s work becomes a check that takes a few minutes.

Screenshot of the automation: the month’s bookings from Booking and Airbnb, 14 stays worth CHF 9,820; commissions, tourist tax and cleaning deducted automatically; six statements ready, one per property, approved with one click. On the phone, the German-speaking owner receives his statement in German.

Real estate agency

Five agents · Lugano area

  • Automation
  • With AI
Before
Customer messages, voice notes and enquiries were spread across the agents’ own WhatsApp accounts, making it hard to know what had already been dealt with and what was still waiting.
Today
Every conversation lands in one shared inbox: sorted by priority, with voice notes transcribed and replies already drafted with the property details.
What changes
Each agent handles their own enquiries, while the manager sees where every conversation stands and can chase the ones that have stalled. No customer is left without a reply.

Screenshot of the automation: the five agents’ WhatsApp chats in one inbox, sorted by urgency, with stalled conversations flagged (“Waiting 2h”, with a button to send a reminder); a voice note of 2 minutes 14 seconds is transcribed and the automation drafts a reply with three properties nearby, to be checked before it is sent. On the phone, the customer sends the voice note and gets the reply.

Professional practice

Five people · Lugano area

  • Automation
  • With AI
Before
The day started with dozens of emails to read and sort one by one: invoices, appointments, documents and client requests.
Today
AI understands what each email is about, classifies it by type and priority and drafts a reply whenever it can.
What changes
Today, on average, 7 out of 10 emails are handled directly by the AI.

Screenshot of the automation: 42 emails read in one morning and sorted into invoices, appointments, documents and requests; 5 go to a person because they are out of the ordinary; for the rest, a reply is already drafted.
